Friends, today we are going to make a healthy recipe, veg paneer pocket paratha which is healthy as well as testy, in which the combination of paneer with vegetables is so good, which children will like to eat, although children refuse to eat vegetables but in this By adding paneer and soya sauce along with vegetables in the paratha, then giving it the shape of a pocket, just like a twist comes in the paratha with everyday, children cannot refuse it on seeing it, it can also be given to children by filling it in tiffin box.

Ingredients required to make Veg Paneer Pocket Paratha :-
To knead the dough
1) Wheat flour – 2 cups
2) Salt – 1 tbsp
3) Ghee/oil – 2 tbsp
4) Water – 1 cup (as required)
For Stuffing
1) Oil – 2 tsps
2) Cabbage – 1/4 cup finely chopped.
3) Capsicum – 1/4 cup finely chopped
4) Carrot – 2 tbsp finely chopped
5) Spinach – 2 tbsp finely chopped
6) Corn seeds – 1/4 cup boiled
7) Paneer – 100 grams
8) Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
9) Salt – 1/4 tsp
10) Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
11) Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
12) Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
13) Tomato Sauce – 1/4 tsp
14) Green chili -2 finely chopped
15) Green Coriander – 1 tsp finely chopped
*oil for frying the paratha

HOW TO MAKE VEG PANEER POCKET PARATHA (Method of making Veg-Paneer Pocket Paratha)
1) To make Veg Paneer Pocket Paratha, first of all, knead the dough. Take flour in a large mixing bowl or parat, add salt and oil/ghee to it, then adding water little by little, knead a soft dough like roti. Keep the dough for 10 to 15 minutes to set.
2) For stuffing, put a kadai or pan on the gas, add oil to it, when the oil is heated, add cumin seeds, as soon as the cumin starts to turn light brown, add chopped cabbage, capsicum, carrot, green chili and add salt then mix it. Add boiled corn seeds, add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, red chili powder, turmeric powder, add spinach and green coriander at the end and mix it well and turn off the gas immediately. Stuffing for Veg Paneer Pocket Paratha is ready, put it in a plate. Keep it to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
3) After the stuffing cools down, apply oil to the kneaded dough and knead it for 2 to 3 minutes, divide the dough into 6 equal parts and give each of these parts a round shape like a ball.
4) For the paratha, take 1/2 cup dry flour in a plate, now take a portion of the dough by pressing it with your hands and make it like a dough, wrap it in dry flour and roll it into an oval shape of 6 to 7 inches.
5) Now spread 2 teaspoons of stuffing on the half of the roti leaving the edges till about 1/2 inch. Then apply water on the surface of the sides of the roti with the help of a brush or wet the finger.
6) Place 2 pieces of paneer on top of the stuffing.
7) Lifting the other part of the roti will wrap it over the stuffing part and stick the edges by pressing it with the finger.
8) Now with the help of a fork, by pressing lightly, make marks of fork on the edge so that it sticks well and these edges also look good due to having a design.
9) To roast this paratha, we will heat the tawa on the gas, when the tawa is medium hot, put 1/2 tsp of oil on it and put the prepared paratha, cover it for 2 to 3 minutes and let it cook on low flame.
10) After 2 minutes, remove its lid and turn it on the other side and fry it by adding 1/2 tsp oil. (The other side will not be cooked covered but open.)
11) Turn the flame to medium and fry the paratha till golden brown spots appear on both the sides and in the center.
12) Make veg paneer pocket paratha by making balls out of the remaining 5 parts in the same way. (Step 4 to 11 method)

Do not overcook the vegetables while making the stuffing, due to excessive cooking, the parathas may break during cooking due to the release of water from the vegetables.
